‍We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Designer to lead the design efforts for our innovative products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the overall user experience, driving design strategy, and mentoring junior designers. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and own the end-to-end design process, from initial concepts to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric product experience.
2. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design goals, project scope, and user requirements.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
4. Develop and present design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
5. Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.
6. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
8. Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring their needs and behaviors are at the forefront of decision-making.
9. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
10. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback, usability testing results, and metrics to inform design iterations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
3. Expert proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on user needs and business goals.
7. Experience leading design workshops and cross-functional collaboration sessions.
8. Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with detailed design execution.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with prototyping tools and motion design.
2. Familiarity with front-end development principles.
3. Expertise in conducting and analyzing user interviews and usability testing.
4. Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
